• Our practice is new, formed in 2023, and beginning operations in 2025. However, the Healthcare Executive Strategist behind the practice, Dr. Raymond Nwaneri (Dr. Ray), DNP, APN, CRNP, MSC, MSN, MBA, AGNP, PMHNP-BC, and Master Certified Psychopharmacologist, is not new to the field of family psychiatry and adult/senior primary care medicine.
• We are an academically inclined and intellectually driven practice. We teach, impact, and disseminate knowledge to our patients, their families, caregivers, and the university nurse practitioner and physician assistant students we support with clinical education. Prior to engaging in full-time practice, Dr. Ray held adjunct clinical faculty positions at Temple University in Philadelphia, where he taught and mentored undergraduate nursing students, and at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where he taught and mentored psychiatric nurse practitioner students.
• We are Board-Certified and Licensed to provide psychiatric and behavioral treatments to individuals across the lifespan.
• We are a family primary care, psychiatric, and behavioral health practice. This means that if you are experiencing acute symptoms or are in crisis, you must call 911 and seek a higher level of care, as we are not equipped to handle emergencies.
• We can see patients at our Stratford location, at our affiliated partner locations, and online (virtual) through our secure video platform.
• We also welcome patients seeking second opinions regarding deprescribing or exploring other medication adjustment options.
• We partner with community programs, nursing and rehabilitation homes, group homes, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, schools, and colleges.
